This toothbrush is two toothbrushes in one.

The straight end of the toothbrush should be used as a traditional toothbrush. 

The "hook" end of the toothbrush should be used to brush those difficult-to-reach areas, the lower lingual anterior (directly behind the front teeth), both top and bottom.
